Typically we have good service and good food. Last couple times we have visited we've had ok service and cold food. This time we sat in the drive through for 10 minutes after we placed our order. I understand that it takes time to make food that is fresh and hot. But we had 2 cones. We should have not waited that long. I know the slogan is fan food, not fast food. But man. Seems to me that some things have changed in the store recently. Workers do not seem as cheerful and friendly as in the more recent past.
It was slow and so was the staff. Made really good Blizzards but to take 15 minutes is kinda ridiculous.
Our food was hot and delicious. The ice cream was great- the restaurant is always immaculately clean, we enjoy eating there.
