We came here feeling it be a good place to fix our car, Ray came off nice and seemed fine, told me I'd save money if I buy my own parts so I don't pay there marked up prices and everything!! Told me it be just over 700 to fix it all, even said he'd call the parts in for me so I won't get the wrong ones.. I was like cool.. Well he didn't tell me he got a starter I didn't need right away, but I payed for it, and all the parts cost me 458 for parts alone, he then said it cost me almost 500 for labor being now there is a starter, but then called me after I got all the parts to find out.. He ordered the wrong parts it's going to cost me even more almost $50 more. now I'm paying over 1000 and he told me it was my fault I got the wrong parts, when when I said it was him who ordered them to start and I'm not even saving no money.. In fact I'm spending a ton more money.. on top of that I'm feeling he is treating me like I'm a kid and don't know what he is doing.. Ray is a shark.. I didn't even ask to get a new starter.. And if I didn't have a way to remove my car right now from them I would have.. If I was you don't come here.. They over charge and buy/get parts you don't need to have you pay more.. We only talked about the starter being replaced, I never said we needed it, he said he was only going to fix what we spoke about and he didn't..
